The normative act incorporates the new legislative amendments in the light of the “LLC Reform.” The provisions of the legislative update package for Limited Liability Companies were voted on in the final reading on July 31, 2023, and are set to come into force 6 months from the publication in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
